With the number of applications that much, RIM has recorded an average of one million times every day do download BlackBerry users in the stock's online application. This achievement by Lazaridis, as quoted by InformationWeek, in line with expectations.

Nevertheless, the number of applications generated far from the number of registered developers. Data indicated Lazaridis, today carrying more than 250,000 BlackBerry application developers who sign up. Even the developers kit and tool for development has been downloaded 3.8 million times as much. Will the number of applications available quickly soar?
